From the Mainland:

Take US1 (Overseas Highway) South through the Keys to Key West. Upon reaching Key West, make a right on N. Roosevelt Blvd. and follow it till it converts to Truman Ave. On White St. make a right, follow the road to Southard St. Make a left on Southard, then a right on Frances St. Follow Frances St. to Fleming St. Make a right on Fleming, Alexander’s will be on your right.

From the Airport:

Take Government Rd. to Flagler Ave. Make a left on Flagler to White St. Make a right on White. Follow the road to Southard St. Make a left on Southard, then a right on Frances St. Follow Frances St. to Fleming St. Make a right on Fleming, Alexander’s will be on your right.
