THIS IS AN ADULT PROPERTY. ALL GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD.
Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated outside areas.
Rates
All rates based on single or double occupancy. Additional $30 extra per night per person in rooms that can accommodate more than two guests will apply. (Maximum 4 persons per room.)
Pets
We are animal lovers too, but please refrain from bringing animals with you during your stay. Animals are not allowed on property except service animals.. Please let us know what task your service animal is trained to perform so that we may better assist you. Thank you.
Minimum Stays
Minimum stays may be required for general reservations. During Holidays and Special Events, minimum stays are required, for example. Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Gay Pride, Womenfest, Fantasy Fest, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. A fifty percent deposit and a 7 night minimum is required for Fantasy Fest and New Year’s. Rates, minimums and deposits are subject to change without notice, always call 305-294-9919 for most updated information.
Deposits

Cancellation
Cancellation Policy may be 60, 30, or 14 days depending on the time of stay. Cancellations prior to policy date allows for a full refund of deposit minus $30.00 cancellation fee. If less than policy date, deposit is forfeit. If a reservation length is changed inside the cancellation policy, there will be a $75 change fee.
No refunds for early departures once a guest has check in to the guesthouse. Special terms and restrictions may apply, all clarified at time of reservation.
Check-In & Departure
Check-in at 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 11am. Special arrangements for arrivals after 8:00 pm. Please let front desk know if arriving late.
Front Desk and Lobby Hours 9am-8pm, except Fridays, where Front Desk is open 9am-6pm.

Free Local and Toll-Free calls.
Long Distance calls will require a Phone Card or Collect. Wi Fi access is available throughout property.
Payment
