Rates

To check rates, please proceed to the reservation booking engine (seen here on the right of the page)… for current rates and availability. The booking engine can be used to just check rates, a reservation does not need to be completed. What is great about using the reservation booking engine is photos of the rooms will be provided and all your possible choices will appear. Makes shopping for a room much easier! However, we are always available to discuss rooms at 305-294-9919. We would love to talk with you!

Also when checking dates, if you do not see the dates available you are requesting, please be sure to give us a call before you give up! There may be something available and it may just require a room move or something. Room moves will not appear in the booking engine.

If a room move is required during your stay, please know, you become our priority. All you have to do it put your things together and we will move your things to the next room. We also we will keep an eye on reservations to see if you may remain in one room, to reduce any inconvenience.

Please note, that while rates do not fluctuate substantially, rates are subject to change at any time for rooms not reserved.. Rates go higher or lower based on occupancy and comparative rates in town.

All rates include the following amenities for up to two guests in a room: Welcome Cocktail, Daily Expanded Continental Breakfast and daily, poolside Happy Hour Cocktails (wine and mixed drinks, beer is not included).

All rooms are non-smoking.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy. An additional $45 fee will be charged per night for additional guests. We have 5 rooms that accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. We are animal lovers too, but please refrain from bringing pets with you during your stay. Only service animals are permitted with proper documentation.

Minimum Stays:

During Holidays and Special Events, a minimum number of nights is required; such as Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Gay Pride, Womenfest, Fantasy Fest, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Fantasy Fest and New Year’s both have a 7 night minimum. General stays are subject to minimums which fluctuate throughout the year. Minimum stays are standard with most bed and breakfasts because of limited availability.

Deposits:

A non-refundable one (1) night stay + taxes and fees will be charged at the moment of booking. The remaining amount due on the account will be charged upon check in.

  • If a reservation is cancelled within fourteen (14) days of arrival or in case of a no-show, there will be a charge for 100% of all nights booked with us. 

  • If a reservation is cancelled fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival the non-refundable one (1) night stay + taxes and fees will be forfeited.

  • If a reservation is made through Non-Refundable Advance Purchase Rate, the full amount of the stay plus tax will be charged at the time of booking. If cancellation to reservation is made, guest will forfeit total room charge plus tax.

  • We do not offer refunds or discounts for early departures. Reservation payments are final.

  • Alexander's  reserves the right to cancel any and all reservations at our discretion.

  • Our Rooms are subject to a daily resort fee ($35 plus tax). Please refer to the section "Resort Fees" below to learn more about what is included as a part of the resort fee at Alexander's Guesthouse.

  • Please note that Alexander's Guesthouse is an adults-only property. All registered guests must be 21 years of age or older.
